1. General

1. All Sales conducted through us are subject to these Terms.
2. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Bidding — By placing a bid, you agree to pay the final auction price plus any other fees such as buyer’s premium & shipping.
2. Winning Bids — The highest accepted bid at the close of the lot in an auction is the winning bid if the reserve has been met. We reserve the right to reject bids, extend or cancel auctions, or resolve disputes at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Payment — Failure to complete payment in a timely fashion for a winning auction bid may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of your account, inability to buy and place bids in the future, and/or legal action to recover losses.

1. All prices of any product on our website are subject to change without notice.
2. Placing an order does not guarantee availability. If an item is unavailable, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

5. Product Condition & Authenticity

1. Condition of products sold may vary and it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the condition and value of the product they are buying.
2. Product images are for reference only.
3. If the buyer has any questions about the condition of a product, it is their responsibility to request/obtain additional information about the product they are interested in before buying or bidding on the product.
4. We make reasonable efforts to verify authenticity of products. Unless otherwise noted, items are sold “as is”.
5. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from unopened packs or boxes. All sealed trading card products are sold with no guarantee of specific cards, conditions, or future value.
6. Graded cards and comic books reflect the opinions of third-party grading companies. We are not responsible for grading disputes.

6. Payments

1. All payments must be made in full before items are shipped.
2. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Orders may be canceled if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

7. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders will be shipped to the address provided prior to the auction or at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

8. Returns & Refunds

1. Auction Sales — All auction sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds.
2. Direct Sales — All direct sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our products and services.
2. Our liability for any claim related to a shall purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, auctions, or products.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our services.
2. Termination does not release you from outstanding payment obligations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute

1. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
